As Director of the BSAA West Africa branch Josh Stone send his best two agents to find and retrieve the only 'known' heir of Albert Wesker his name Jake Mueller. But surprisingly he finds out quick that his two agents he didn't dare do a background check on are the only Daughters of the Legendary Kiara Blood Genovlust AKA Blood Lust.
